Also a fan of the show is the aforementioned Sarah Palin, who was the star of Fox News’s nightly show, as well as the network’s mainstay, Sean Hannity.

Despite the best efforts of both nations, the other two aforementioned nations haven’t gotten the best of it yet. In fact, both countries have suffered from a myriad of other woes as well, most notably, a dwindling middle class and an influx of jihadis. The aforementioned hordes aren’t without their own snafus, most notably the country’s burgeoning armed forces, an antiquated and bureaucratic military establishment, and an ever increasing number of terrorists and their sympathizers.
